Case study
Crystal Pro Power Washing: #1 on Google Maps in Burke, VA.
A Northern Virginia power washing and holiday lighting company. We built the website, the city pages and the local SEO, and put an AI receptionist on the phone.
Map rankings as checked in October 2026. Rankings move, and we report them as they are.

The goal
Crystal Pro is an owner-run business. The owner is on jobs most of the day, so the website had to bring in customers without anyone pushing it, and every call had to be answered even when nobody could get to the phone.
The second goal was reach. Ranking in Burke alone was not enough; Crystal Pro serves homeowners across Fairfax and Loudoun counties.
What we built
A fast website built to get quote requests
Click-to-call on every screen, a short quote form that emails the owner instantly, real photos of their work, and pages that load in about a second on a phone.
A page for every service
House washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and gutter cleaning each have their own page, so Google can match each search to the right page.
13 city pages, each written for its town
Not one template with the town name swapped. The Burke page talks about Burke Centre, Lake Braddock and the tree cover that keeps siding damp; every town page is written the same way.
Schema markup and search setup
Business, service and FAQ structured data on every page, an XML sitemap, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools verification, and clean URLs.
Google Business Profile
Categories, services and description tuned to the searches that matter, including adding holiday lighting as a second line of business.
A seasonal holiday lighting push
When the power washing season ended we added a Christmas light installation page with its own title, description and schema, and moved it to the top of the homepage for the season.
An AI receptionist on their line
Alex answers Crystal Pro's calls, takes the address and what the customer needs, and sends the lead to the owner's inbox before the caller has hung up.

Why city pages work
Someone in Reston searches "power washing Reston", not "power washing Northern Virginia". A site with one general page competes for neither. A real page for each town, with local detail and the services offered there, gives Google a clear match for every search in the service area.
Towns with their own page
The result
Crystal Pro ranks first on Google Maps in Burke, its home town, and in the top five in Fairfax, one of the most competitive towns in the area. The website turned into a real source of booked jobs, and the AI receptionist means quote calls get answered while the owner is on a ladder.
The same setup now carries the business through the winter: when power washing slows down, the holiday lighting page takes over the top of the site.
