Our services
We provide AI receptionist services, website design and hosting, and local search engine optimization for businesses. The scope, timeline and price of any service are agreed with you in writing before work starts.
AI receptionist
- The AI receptionist answers calls using information you provide about your business. You are responsible for that information being accurate and for telling us when it changes.
- The AI does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and you agree not to ask us to configure it to do so.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls, including laws on call recording and caller consent in your state, and laws on calls and text messages to consumers.
- AI can make mistakes. We test every setup and fix issues promptly, but we cannot guarantee that every call is handled perfectly.
Websites and SEO
- You own your domain name and the content written for your business once it has been paid for.
- Search rankings are decided by search engines. We do the work that improves rankings, but we do not guarantee any specific position, traffic or number of leads.
- You confirm that any logos, photos and text you give us are yours to use.
Payment
Fees and payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement. Services may be paused if payment is overdue.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Do not misuse it, attempt to break its security, or submit false information through our forms. The content on this site is ours and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
